Texas Capitol Legal Support, LLC, previously Capitol Legal Support, initially founded in 1997 by North Texas Process Servers Association's past Vice President,               J. F. Brodie,  in an effort to provide attorneys and their clients a choice in civil process. Professional process service is paramount at Texas Capitol Legal Support., LLC.  Our process servers are Texas Supreme Court certified, have educational endorsements from the Texas Process Servers Association and are bonded notaries.
  
Executive Summary:
Our experience spans over a decade of process serving in Texas.  We pride ourselves on utilizing successful, high quality process servers.  
 
TXCLS is experienced in court filings, record retrieval and skip-tracing. We utilize on-line process serving software and have the ability to notify clients of status via email, fax, phone or website 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

CLS originated in Arlington, Texas over a decade ago and recently moved its corporate office to Keller, Texas as TXCLS, LLC to better service our clients.
